Best Mascots can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products. Therefore, some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. In some cases, we may be able to estimate shipping dates, depending on the shipping provider you choose. Shipping dates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Actual shipping dates may vary slightly.
You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. After ten days, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Returns do go through an inspection process to check for improper care or use before a refund is granted. No costume will be accepted for return if it has been used, except for reasons of defect in workmanship or materials.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form.
When ordering or registering on our site, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. It is then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
